2. Terms of Use (ToU)

A. You may use P2P with the exception of the following terms and conditions:

I. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise edit the coding of P2P without written permission; it is coded to work properly as it is.

II. You may not create derivative works based off of P2P.

III. You may not modify any scripts and/or code that is included in the default release of P2P that you are not authorized to do; if you have something you would like to see implemented, contact an administrator instead.

IV. You may not take it upon yourself to otherwise host or provide any services as your own in regards to P2P. This includes, but not limited to, hosting your own server or distributing P2P code as your own.

V. You may not use any third party software to modify and/or disrupt services, game play, or server, which may include, but not limited to, hacks, cheats, or bots.

VI. You may not take advantage of or exploit known bugs in order to get ahead in any way. If you do find a bug, you are asked to report it to the Bugs and Help forum or to our support email address found at the bottom of this Code of Conduct.

VII. You may not institute attacks upon P2P’s server or otherwise disrupt P2P in any way.

VIII. You may not harass, attack, embarrass, cause distress, unwanted attention, or discomfort to any user or other entities on P2P. Any form of online stalking, abuse, or harassment will not be tolerated, and infractions will be reported to proper authorities.

IX. You may not post or transmit sexually explicit images or other content that P2P, in its sole discretion, finds offensive. This also includes anything else that may be offensive, harmful, abusive, vulgar, or obscene to other users on the server.

X. You may not use slanderous, abusive, racist, and/or any other material that P2P deems offensive to its users. This includes in locker room chat, in-game chat, public tags, character names, and any other places where you can enter text.

XI. You may not use another user’s account under any circumstance. We are able to verify this by Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. This also means that you may not let another user use your account. If caught in either circumstance, both accounts will be banned for a time period.

XII. You may not create and/or maintain, under any circumstance, more than one simultaneous connection to the P2P server unless approved by an administrator. This also means you may not register more than one account per Internet Protocol (IP) address unless approved by an administrator.

XIII. You may not disrupt the normal flow of the chat space. This includes, but not limited to, making the chat space “scroll” more than any one user can type and/or read it (“spam”). More than four lines of simultaneous text being posted into the chat space at any single time is considered spam.

XIV. You may not deck talk other users. This includes, but not limited to, naming a user’s superstar in an UNNAMED superstar event, naming a special he/she is using, naming a move, combo, or momentum type they are using, mentioning a current or former WA! player whose texts or style was similar to that of another player, and/or naming a strategy plan they are using. Example strategies may include, but not limited to, stall, mill, draw, speed, or any of the like.

XV. You may not use your account or any other user’s account to purposely to gain rank points (“rank manipulation”).

XVI. You may not abuse any user’s tournament points and/or chips, which may include, but not limited to, logging onto another user’s account to steal or use them for your own benefit. Also, tournament points (“TP”) and/or Chips are P2P currency ONLY; they are not in any way transferable and/or redeemable for any other currencies, being real or fake (which may include such currencies as, but not limited to, USD, GBP, or CAD for example).

XVII. You may not, under any circumstances, bypass a user’s request to deny game requests. Also, by accepting game challenges, you agree to the terms therein. Some of these terms include, but not limited to, reporting an honest result, not exiting the game result screen prematurely, and not altering how it reports a result to your own benefit (“misreporting”). Causing a misreport will deduct 50 rank points from your account that will not be returned. Also, your username will be placed on a list of offenses. Once you have obtained three total misreport offenses, you will be banned.

XVIII. You may not formulate your wording in any way to avoid the censor words block that each user may have set at their own discretion. If a user wanted to see such words, they wouldn’t have them blocked.

IXX. You may not in any way try to bypass the user’s option to block whispers. If a user wishes to block them, it is to their discretion, and it would be unruly to disrupt these wishes.

XX. You may not alter your win-loss-draw record (“WLD”) in any way to your advantage without written permission from P2P.

XXI. You may not impersonate or make attempts to impersonate a P2P official or any other user. It will not be tolerated.

XXII. You may not use the game log reader without written permission from P2P. The log reader is used for the sole purpose of resolving any issues that arise in game play. Also, you are NOT allowed to distribute the log reader to any other entity. This includes anyone within and/or outside of the P2P community. You will be permanently banned if you are caught.

XXIII. You may not use your account and/or any other accounts if you have been banned or denied access to our server. Attempts to bypass a ban will only increase it. If attempts continue, your account may be permanently terminated.

B. In the event you fail to comply with any of the terms herein, P2P, in its sole discretion, reserves the rights as follows:

I. To temporarily suspend any violators access to the server;

II. To immediately and/or permanently deny any violators access to the server;
