Massacre is a WTT Qualifying Event
Tournament Rules
Massacre is a “Named Superstar” format tournament. You may only play one Superstar!
You may, however, change and edit your Playbooks throughout the tournament, but you may not change the Superstar.
Massacre is SINGLE-ELIMINATION, not swiss. When you draw, you and your opponent are eliminated, and both of you will not advance to the next round.
You will get 3 points for each win, 1 point for each draw, 0 points for each loss, and 3 points for each bye or noshow. Also, you will get 7 points for winning the Title Belt.
Each round is 35 minutes long unless the match type is Ladder or I Quit, in which case the round will be 40 minutes long. You have 10 minutes to start your games from the beginning of the round.
The Champ must win the Tournament to keep the title! There is no easy one-match title defense.
If the current champion is eliminated during the tournament the Title Belt is immediately handed over to the Tournament Official.
The last player left standing wins the tournament and is the Hardcore Champion! There is no Title Match.
If the finalists draw, the title is declared vacant and will be put up-for-grabs in the following week!
Turn limits will be set to 50 turns unless the match type is Ladder or I Quit, in which case, turn limits will be set to 100 turns. (This also applies to the finals).
All games are played RANKED and each round will have a different, random match type INCLUDING: Hardcore, Cage, Table, Ladder, and I Quit.
Playbook Restrictions
You must have at least 55 pages in your playbook.
You may only have 5 copies of a page in your playbook (except for common momentum).
